Limitcats.zip

I need to limit a user to be able to post to a specific category while being able to view any other available. I believe limit+categories along with Role Manager will enable me to do this. I have Role Manager installed, but limit+categories is no longer available do to a crash in the hosting server. I was wondering if anyone could email me the file, limitcats.zip, or direct me to a link that works correctly, or possible another plugin that will do what this one does.
