Limit scrollable box to fit content

Currently I can scroll a little too far to the right until only one thumbnail is visible of the left most part of the box until the arrow finally disappears. I’d like it to not give me option of scrolling any further past the right most image. Also, upon scrolling back as far left as possible it moves a little past the first thumb instead of stopping at the same place as the original load.
