Limit posts on front page

    I have been looking around for a plugin I thought I saw a couple of months back, but can’t remember where or what it was called. It would limit the number of posts on the front page, so you could have only 5 posts showing on the front, but say 20 when searching or browsing through the archives (which set in the OPTIONS > READING > Blog Pages).

    Can anyone recall what this plugin is called? Searching around with keywords like “limit front page posts plugin” is not doing it for me…

    ‘perpage’ or ‘custom query string’ should turn up what you are looking for.

    Nothing that can be adjustable in the admin? I want to have on-the-fly control and not have to bust out the FTP each time I want to change the number of posts on the front page.
