Limit Circles on Front Page

hi,
whoa – this jargon is making my head spin 🙂

okay i have limited the number of circles to 6 on the front page, which is exactly what i want – thanks to previous info i found.

now i want two rows of 3 circles only no matter how wide the browser is stretched to.

make sense –

hopefully i can do this without any code stuff – if not please please go slow and give lots of directions – i am code-depraved and scared sh-tless
