   hello

   i've been searching through plugins and forums but could not find a plugin or something to limit the characters on each post..no matter if it's the home page or other for version 2.5
   anyone has a quickie for this? thanks a lot

   "what" are you limiting? what can be typed, or what's seen/displayed? Those are 2 vastly different things.

   ok..i have a web design tutorials site...so i want to limit the characters that are displayed...if i publish a tutorial it will take the whole home page..hope you understand me

   I'd like to know this too.
   I'd like to set a limit on how many characters members of a certain group can write in their posts, and a different length for members of another group.
