   Hi All,

   i use WordPress to manage an online publication. I am looking to do two things:

   1 - Allow non-admins (i.e. Editors) to create new Contributors (in order to attribute posts to them) but NOT be able to create Admin users. Currently, if assigned the edit_user capability, a user can make an Admin even if he is not one.

   2 - Create groups and assign groups access to post in specific categories only.

   I know there are various plugins out there and I've tried most of them. The one that came closest was Role Scoper. But I had trouble with Role Scoper because it wouldn't allow one of my roles to view all posts no matter what I did.

   Any thoughts? Help is greatly appreciated.
