   are there any pligins which allow to add

   Like to add print/send to friend/ comment links

   under each individual article on homepage ?

   WP-Print - to add Print feature

   ShareThis - for Send to Friend (along with other useful bookmarks)

   As for the comments link, you just need to place the comment code where you want it.

   Example comments code:
   

   <a href="<?php comments_link(); ?>">
         Comments to this post
   </a>
