• I’m having the same problem reported by others. I like the free product a lot and decided to upgrade for more control. I paid for the “premium” upgrade but was not supplied the premium plugin in the purchase confirmation emails and it is nowhere to be found on the site. I have sent several emails and contact form requests with no reply. It has been 2 days now and I’m now looking for an alternative product and will probably end up trying to get my money back. This is too bad as I really like the Easy Contact Forms product but I have a deadline to meet.
