Like button showing up twice on posts

I run mylastnickel and am fairly new to WordPress and running a website. The problem that I am having is that when I make a post on the site the Like and Send buttons are showing up twice. I am having a hard time trying out how to fix this so that they only show up once like they do on the rest of the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
