Lightbox/Navigation not working

Can someone look at my code and figure out what’s wrong with my Nextgen gallery? The images don’t pop-up, and there’s no navigation to go to the next image.
I had Jetpack installed when I installed the gallery, but i’ve since tried deactivating different suggested elements of Jetpack, and I’ve tried deactivating Jetpack all together. I also tried installing the nextgen optimizer plugin, but that didn’t work either. I changed my Nextgen settings to use “thickbox” and it made no difference, neither did “shutter.”
