Lightbox slider isn't showing up

I just recently tried to add this to the site that I’m working on. I can’t seem to figure out what is going on. When I add the short code into the page not only does the slider not show up but everything else below it in the code doesn’t show either. When I view the source code it’s outputting it’s adding in an unclosed comment at the beginning of the code which is why nothing was showing up. One of our other devs did some tinkering and got it to at least display the other things on the page none of the images are showing up in the slider.

Could use some help.
