   Just wondering if someone can help me achieve something.

   I show an image with my posts via the custom fields - the field cotains just the url - and the rest is taken care of in the template.

   I was wondering if there is any plugin that will allow me to still utilise this method of displaying the images, and display lightbox

   Just in case anyone else utilises custom fields to create images within a site (say a portfolio for example...) I recommend the use of plugin slimbox, worked for me
