Now I would like to ask a question about license.

    1. how if I include one of your core engine such as admin.php or plugable.php is it legal?
    2. how if I extend one of your core engine class such a wp_widgets, but i don't sell the theme or plugins to public,
I only use this for my own client development. is it legal?

Please advice me if I wrong.

    Thanks

There's nothing illegal about it. License is GPL. If you should decide to sell the theme or plugins to public i.e. distribute it, license must be GPL too. That's all.

thanks, now i got vision. but im little bit blurry here.
about the first condition : so i can sell my plugin to many people?
about the second condition : so i can continue development with extend the wp class?

can you describe also what conditions that violation against the gpl license

  4. so i can sell my plugin to many people?

Certainly, in fact many developers do.

so i can continue development with extend the wp class?

You certainly may. If you write anything that would enhance WordPress in general, please feel free to submit to the developers.

can you describe also what conditions that violation against the gpl license

Basically, any product that you produce using GPL-licensed code, must also be released under the GPL. Releasing it under any other license would be a violation of the GPL.

Any WordPress-derivative code that is distributed to the public must retain the same freedoms that WordPress itself carries under the GPL license. You can ask people to pay for it, but you cannot impose restrictions on them such as limiting the where/how they can use it, or preventing them from modifying or redistributing the code as they wish.
