Leverage browser caching of static assets issue is back

Hi mate,

Looks like there’s some issue with static content caching again.
If you take a look at my last report for one of the websites at
http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140508_JV_FGE/1/performance_optimization/#cache_static_content it looks like images are being cached for too short period of time or something?
