Let visitors add their links to your posts

I’m looking for a link manager like “Mister Linky” that will let visitors add their links to the posts I choose to allow them to add their links to.

For instance, I want to do a blogroll shout out. I’ll display my favorite blogs, but then at the end of the post, I want visitors to be able to add their links to the posts so they can be included in the next blogroll shout out.

Mister Linky does this, but they host it and you have to be a paid member to have your own event.
