Let user buy/download his UNIQUE coupon/virtual product.

I would like to create a shop where people can buy a coupon code to use for example in a restaurant.
So I need some functionality that Woocommerce generates a unique code after paying which the buyer can download, print or write down.
The restaurant or shop owner has the same pre-generated list of coupon codes and is able to check this code when a person visits the restaurant.

How can I realise this in Woocommerce?
I tried another plugin, WP Deals, but it was buggy and didn’t have the right payments options for visitors. I really hope Woocommerce is able to handle this!
