   Hello,
   I have searched the forums but cannot find an answer to the following question.
   Is there any way to restrict the length of an RSS feed to one or 2 sentences? I am already using summary, not full text and this is still to long.

   'robotliving.com'

   Simple way is to use the <!--more--> feature, it will cut off posts in RSS feeds. There might be a plugin over at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins but I am not sure.

   Thanks, I will try this, but won't this also change the length of my original post? I only want to change the size of the RSS feed, not the post.

   Manually create an excerpt on your posts. Look down on the make a post screen and put in your own excerpt. Then that will be used instead of the automatic one, which you say is "too long".
