   I have question.

   I found a cool software based on wordpress. blogwerk.com/socialmediakit/
   They sell a product based on wordpress. Prices are too high for me but my question in this case is: Is it legal to sell a product like that?

   So I could sell my WordPress Plugins and tools?

   Yes you could sell them as long as you adhere to copyright/licensing (e.g. GPL)
