   Hello

   I am working with a company against whom a malicious blog has been created. A disgruntled ex-employee has created a new blog - at COMPANYNAME.wordpress.com.

   The blog is appearing in the first page SERPs - high up.

   Prior to progressing to have this removed - I would really appreciate some advice. A few points:

   On the 'good' side - they have used images from the company website which are stock images so are copyright to a Getty type supplier;

   They have uses the Company logo; unsure of copyright/trademark status here

   They have copied but then rewritten the copy from the website over seven posts - again copyright is difficult as copy rewritten.

   Can we ask WordPress to take down the website subject to providing proof (which is obvious) to take down the blog? Is there a process here?
