** you can make any page to a custom homepage in settings -> reading in your wp-admin..

did you check in THEME SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> Default sidebar position ?
There you can change the global layout for the sidebars.
Do you have a link to your site? Would help much to see what is going on exactly.

thanx for your valuable reply, but now i have shifted to EASEL theme.
If u can help me to remove the comment box at the bottom of all the pages in my site, than it will be fine. And also can u suggest me some plugin which would support live chat as facebook and gmail.

sorry i didn’t work with easel theme, please post in the related support forums over there in the easel theme.
didn’t use any livechat plugin yet, but i’m sure there are a few to test for free in the plugin repo here.
