Lecia Theme Intro Boxes

Within the Lecia theme there are short code options to create these intro boxes, for example

Is there anyway to make this shortcode object a clickable link? I’ve tried putting a link inside content and that won’t work. I also thought I would try to add link=”” before content, but that also failed. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.
