   I'm a new WordPress user and I've created a multisite. For some reason, when a user clicks on the link "leave a comment" in order to respond to a previous post, the link doesn't work. Rather it reloads the same page the leave the comment box doesn't appear.

   I'm referring to the first post titled "Success.hmmm"

   I would really be interested to hear if anyone has advice about this issue. Thanks!

   Go to your dashboard, navigate to the post, hit quick edit and make sure you are allowing comments

   thanks for your help! it turns out that for some reason, the allow comments box was not selected. do you know how I can make this a default feature - so that comments are automatically allowed on all future posts??

   Dashboard, settings, discussion, and check "Allow people to post comments on new articles"
