    Hi,

I am on the latest version of wordpress, using the twenty-ten theme.

I had an issue with my leave a comment section, thinking I had messed something up in the CSS. However, I have subsequently reset WordPress and also re-installed it.

The comment section was working and now it does not. Can someone please suggest how I restore the comment facility?

    Thanks for any help!!

Did you install a fresh copy of Twenty Ten when you reset/reinstalled WordPress?

Have you tried activating Twenty Eleven to see if the comment pages are still broken in that theme?

Yes I used a plugin to reset wordpress.
Then I reinstalled WordPress on my server.
Then after that I reinstalled the Twenty Ten theme.

At that stage the comment was working.

I have done some small changes.. changed background colour, set header.. nothing major. I do not know what I have done to break the comment section?

    Strange --

Posts are on the main root of my domain:
    http://www.diamondpromiseblog.co.uk

However, when I go into my posts via the dashboard it lists the
    Permalink as: http://www.diamondpromiseblog.co.uk/http:/www.diamondpromiseblog.co.uk/contactmesuccess

The page contactmesuccess is a page I have hidden as a thank-you page for my contact form. I think this might be the cause??

It's not just your comment pages that are broken... none of the links on your site work.

Did you make any changes to the Twenty Ten theme files?

Did you make changes under Settings -> Permalinks? Check your settings and try resetting by saving changes here.

If that doesn't work, I'd backtrack through the changes you made one by one and reverse them to find out which one caused the problem.
