Lazy Gallery problems: background, sidebar, is_page()

This is where my Lazy Gallery is located: http://www.lydus.com/lazy-index.php. As you can see it doesn’t look good. The background is gone, the sidebar is a mess, and it falls outside the is_page() tag (http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags) -I understand the last. This is since the moment I activated it.
Has anyone got any ideas how I can fix these (style?) problems? And is there a way to get the sidebar to look like the one on my sub-pages?
