I'm having a problem with the layout of the page. All the sudden, things have shifted and aren't working right! I didn't change anything either, it just somehow stopped working like I needed it to. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

It looks like you were trying to use a child-theme but your CSS file got messed up. See this link:

I suggest go back to your Dashboard and then change your theme to the parent theme and then re-create the child theme again either manually or using a plugin.
A css file should not contain any php code.
