The latest version of Jetpack (as of 1/7/12) causes redirect loops, causing WP sites to not load.
I've been able to isolate this down to Jetpack by disabling plugins one at a time.

I've got a similar issue, I think - at least, I've got redirect loops happening, and it seems to have been caused by someone else having changed some target URLs in Jetpack. My WordPress Admin page is now totally not accessible, because the login page redirects us to another site.
I have no idea what to do about this. The other person was given the passwords by my client, and now has totally broken the site.
Anyone got a quick fix for me? The uninstall file was broken, so I simply moved Jetpack into another folder, thinking that that would disable it. No dice - my log in page and all of the links on the site are still redirecting everything to another site.
?
Try deleting the jetpack files with FTP don't just move them
Actually, I wound up uninstalling and then reinstalling WordPress, entirely. There wasn't a whole bunch of content up on the site, so it was easily recreated. Drastic, I know - but at least I've got the site up and running again...
