Latest version doesn't work

    I think I have worked out what the problem is. The plugin is still working within a category. But when the post order doesn’t use categories (such as when next post or previous post commands are being used) then the posts appear in the order they appear in the back-end before being sorted by the plugin.

    Version 2.0.8 seems to have the reverse problem to 2.0.7.

    Whereas 2.0.7 could re-order posts within a category, but not as a whole group (so that next post and previous post links linked to the wrong posts), 2.0.8 can do the latter but not the former (so that Tables of Contents are now all wrong).
