    I replied to you support ticket. Please follow instructions

    1. Create a show through Month Calendar
    2. Go to Manage Seats and click on your show
    3. On your show link, download the template form to get an idea how the seat chart can be structured. Afterwards upload that csv file and your seat chart will show (if you created as instructed).

    dear sir its not action any thing i do same thing all you said
    free version 2.16 add seat and download template feature is working or not.. because its not action any. if its working kind give me video tutorial link version 2.16

    Replied to ticket again and seat chart does show. You had an incorrect shortcode applied to the page and thus you couldn’t see the seat chart. If you have further questions, please open a new ticket for expedient response.
