Hello,
Just to confirm before we dig into this, you are using Easy Instagram 3.0?
Also, please tell us your WordPress version, the theme you are using, and the location of your widget (sidebar, footer).
Thanks!

Hi Adam,
We have researched your theme, and can offer the following possible solution… Please try adding this CSS rule to the theme’s style.css:
.easy-instagram-thumbnail-wrapper {
margin: 0 auto;
}
Please let us know how that works for you.
Thanks!

element.style {
padding: 10px;
width: 246px;
}
I think when setting the widget width as 246px, it’s auto adding in padding which needs to be 0

After a bit of hunting, the problem is you’ve specified a 10px padding in the default.php file. This had changed since the update so it may be / not be a typo on your behalf.
My url is http://www.barsmithphoenix.com
I set the default padding to 0 but that didnt fix this issue
I am using EGallery, WP 3.8.1
I also added the .easy-instagram-thumbnail-wrapper {
margin: 0 auto;
} and it didnt work
My site is live with the error if you can help. thank you
Hello,
For our upcoming release we have removed the padding, allowing for control with CSS.
mitch_phxaz and alexandralouisem — please refer to the following post, which is where we are addressing your questions:

Hi @mitch_phxaz,
Please try setting the easy-instagram-thumbnail-wrapper element to have overflow: visible
Also, have you tried updating to the most recent version of EI? That might address it for you.
I updated it and still having issues.
I am not using AJAX
Please view this in FireFox
At least the images come up now. I dont know why there is a gap at the top
Thank you 🙂
This is somewhat infuriating. it was working fine before. I am using latest WP 3.9.1
