Another thing, this particular plugin registration key, (as displayed in my online account) will not stick in the requisite admin field after entering and saving.

I have the same problem. 2.2.4 broke on my site too.
– do you have any ETA on when this will be fixed?
– should we go back to 2.2.3? Any DB changes that may prevent this?

2.2.4 broke my site as well. if this is a common issue, I’ll be looking for another plugin, and even though I really enjoyed the plugin while it worked, if it doesn’t get fixed, I’ll have to leave a review to warn new users of this ongoing issue.
I found an older version that works for now until the developer properly tests the newest version and fixes the bugs.
At least people can register for my site again.
But seriously, what a hassle.

To think I paid twice for this software, and now that Mike has made it free, it breaks, and he goes radio silence on us. However, there is an anomaly to this sequence of events. I noticed that the “Last Updated” date did not change from 6-12-2013 with the latest version. Could v2.2.4 possibly be a hack attack?
I don’t know, and I’m certainly not accusing anyone of anything. Just laying out a few facts as I know them. However, I have dumped Simplr Registration Form Plus+ software for now until there is a more solid resolution.

Spent most of this morning trying to work out why my registration form wasn’t working, and not only did this thread uncover the issue, but your copy of 2.2.3 got me back up and running!
