Latest posts not reflected in Homepage, RSS feed & categories

Friends,

After upgrading to 3.1, Latest posts in the blogs are not getting reflected in Blogs Homepage, RSS feeds & categories page. However latest posts are available directly as a single page. After this issue, we tried downgrading to 3.05 version but still there is no progress. Any pointers.

P.S: We had qTranslate plugin but we disabled it after upgrading .. still the issue occurs.
