My last 5 posts do not appear on my site. When I'm logged in, they're listed as having posted and when I view site from admin, they show up. If I go to my site, click next page and then click previous page, they are there, but they do not show up on my home page as they should. I changed servers around this same time...could that be related? Thanks for any help you can give.

When you changed servers, did you follow steps at Moving_WordPress?
If this is the blog listed in your profile, things aren't quite right...
