Latest Posts 404 error

    when creating a new post I save it to draft, preview it and all is fine. However when I publish the link in the sidebar returns a 404 error message, and when I go back to view or edit the post I get the same.
    I have tried this 4 times always the same regardless of text, media, or links. I did a simple text only post with the same results, save to draft, preview, no problem. As soon as I publish, then there is an issue.
    Any advice? What am I doing wrong?

    Are you sure it’s a theme problem? Have you tried:

    • switch to different theme? Does it solve your problem?
    • turn off all plugins?
