I am making my first WordPress theme and I would like to have my latest post followed by an advertisement, and then the rest of the posts. How can I create this effect? I don't want it to do that for every page, just the first one.
I am new to WordPress, so please explain the procedure. Thanks so much!
what type of advertisement if its banner then you could use featured images.
Well I wanted to use google adsense. If I were to use featured images, wouldnt I need to change it with each post?
