Latest post not showing

I posted a new post: http://foodiebaker.com/2013/01/28/the-home-bakers-14-chocolate-streusel-ribboned-cupcakes-2/ today on 28 Jan (my side here is GMT+8), however, my home page show’s my previous post (http://foodiebaker.com/2013/01/24/korean-sweet-potato-noodles-with-beef-japchae/) as the latest post. I tried Ctrl+F5 but it’s not working, anyone can help?
