  • This is the type of support question that is impossible to answer. The plugin author would have no way of knowing what changes you have made, or what the issue could be. Running the latest version of the plugin is the only reliable way to even begin to receive support.

Hi Scott, thanks for handling this support request 🙂

So you think you give support ?

I just wantted to learn if a user has experienced such a problem and found a way. There are some great supporters out there who at least try to search and check.

By the way, I gave up using the plugin already, if you mind.

    No offense intended, cihat.

I, of course, applaud you for your work. But you offer support and then just thank a member for his answer. So why don’t you take his answer and make a sticky post to the top of the support page. Or maybe explain the kind of questions users can ask.

This is not the first time I require support for such problems. And I already have some supporters as members to my site.

It doesn’t matter now as I told and I won’t make a song about that.

    Sorry if that bothered you.

I have exactly the same problem. Did you ever figure it out cihat74?

@cihat74 – There is a sticky post asking support requests to be formatted in a specific way: here it is.

Also, support is only provided for the latest version of the plugin and the latest version of Gravity Forms because bugs get fixed.

I have been able to fix the problem – the fix is in version 3.4.1.
