Support » Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL) » last update rendered site login impossible

    Following last https plugin update I cannot log in as admin or any user. I disabled all plugins to allow login again, and went through them one by one. The https plugin consistently results in loss of login, across multiple browsers. I know the changelog says 3.2.2 update FIXES this problem, but this is when it started for me. Is there a way to get the 3.2.1 version again?
    Thanks!

    I reverted to 3.2.1 and all seems well now! I surely do appreciate the plugin!

    I changed very little between those two versions, so I find it really strange that you started having issues after the recent update. Do you have FORCE_SSL_ADMIN set to true in wp-config.php? There may be a bug there.

    I am also experiencing this issue & have in the past with older versions of the plugin. I checked my wp-config file and there was no FORCE_SSL_ADMIN defined in there. I defined it as true and saw no change.

    I will revert to 3.2.1 for now.

    Just to say I fixed this by adding
    define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true);
    at the very top of the wp-config file.

    I’ve identified a bug in the code when FORCE_SSL_ADMIN is not being used. I’ll push out a fix tonight.

    If you’d like, you can give the development version a try.
