Last 2 posts are published at the bottom

Hi Hope someone can help me.
The last 2 blogs I have posted have published at the bottom of my blog and not at the top.
in the ‘settings’ i have ‘Front page displays your latest blog’

I’m new to wordpress and don’t know where to start.
