large zip files not downloading

I have version 3.0.02 of this app and am having issues with folks downloading large .zip files. Users have no issues initiating the download but in most cases the files never completely download.

– GoDaddy Server
– No download limits for users or b/w, etc.
– Files are not protected
– fpassthru enabled (large files)

Any guidance is much appreciated!
