   Hello, I would like to have the website I'm working on switching between two/three languages.

   I'm having some problems with the language folder.
   The theme I'm using doesn't have a language folder therefore I can not run any plugin such xili-language.

   I see that this could solve the problem http://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers (am I right?) but unfortunatelly I'm quite new: is it possible to have some more tips about it? which file I should change to implement it?
