language files don't show up

hi ! i created some hebrew language files, the sighn is “he_IL”.

i edited the pot file and difined it to be a hebrew lang file and saved it as “he_IL.pot” it created a “he_IL.mo” file… uploaded them both and i still don’t see any hebrew…

maybe the file format is difarent ? ( i tryed anspress-he_IL.mo aswell but it didn’t work)
