Landzilla redux

I recently had the need to redo the Landzilla theme for someone. Basically, the theme was coded with german titled divs, and used a single index.php for all the templates. And when i say single index.php, I mean no header, sidebar,footer. So I changed some colors, updated some graphics, and separated out the header, footer, sidebar, as well as adding a single.php, archives, etc. As well as renaming the divs to their english counterparts and organizing the CSS a tad.

I also added a .psd file to allow a user with access to Photoshop to create their own header by simply adding in 4 181px X 121px images.

It was good theme to begin with, IMO, and I simply updated to allow more flexability.
