• this company feels that they can make a product free, just so they dont have to support it.. i tried to ask a question, which i later realized being a programmer is a bug in their plugin, but they didnt want to hear anything i had to say since i have not paid them anything… which i would have, except for the fact the only way to give them money is to buy a different plugin, which i didnt need… they have no paid support for free products… thats just lame… especially when its the core of their system… so they get one star.. cause i cant give any less.. just like they did…

  • Hi BB,
Color me confused. There’s lots of support happening here on the wordpress.org forum. Even one of the devs responds often to questions here. If you had a question or comment on the free program, the wp.org support forum is the place for it. Woo clearly states that free program support is given here, while paid plugin support is given on their support forum.

So i’d suggest you post your question/bug here so it can be taken care of…

ps i’m in no way affiliated with woo.

If you need support, you post it on wordpress.org.

You find a real bug, you can post it on GitHub with full details on reproducing said bug OR you post a fix.

You have no post on .org so it looks like you either used the wrong channels and/or ignored all instructions in the readme/contribution file on GitHub.

Hi @bbernstone, sorry to hear that you could not get this great plugin to work. Please post hear the issues you had so that they can be address by the developers or other user who spare their time to help.

I am sure your problem will be solved. After all this is a free plugin and it has a great support team available all the time. By the way I am in no way affiliated to WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce. I am merely sharing information and supporting all those developers who give so much time for nothing 🙂

    Thank you all.
