Lack of Menu Separators in the Admin Panel

    I think the new color schemes are beautiful, but the lack of dividers is making me batty. I can’t find anything and it’s a functional problem more than just visual. I keep seeing hacks, but I’m hesitant to/ don’t think I should have to alter the original code. Maybe this can be addressed quickly in 3.9?
