• Fairly straightforward question, although I haven’t managed to find an answer to it yet. I have a theme I am building which replaces the kubrick* graphics (in /images/) with some custom graphics.

The problem I am having is that the #page div has a certain background image set, and the page div background extends beyond the image I am using for the #footer div. This would not be too much trouble to resolve except the background image I were using for #footer div did not have transparent rounded corners. This means that the image used for #page div is always going to “show through” underneath the transparent parts of the #footer background image.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could resolve this issue and retain the stylized look of my rounded corners, or am I going to have to sacrifice and go for squared corners at the bottom of my blog?

See the footer at http://search.engine-optimization.com for an example of the issue.
