I replaced kubrickheader.jpg with a custom image that is the same size and name, but now the header on my site has just disappeared, although I can see the text (ghosted).
Any idea what I did wrong?

Appearently you didn't upload the file, or not correctly. Either way, it's not there
Are you sure you uploaded it to the right directory?
