   Hi, I've installed the guest book. http://www.craigatkinson.info
   works fine, except I only have one input box for comments, i want another ofr name, one for we address and one for email [like it shows on http://geeksmakemehot.com/wordpress-guestbook/

   PLEASE HELP ME!!!

   1. I can't see your guestbook.
   2. Maybe you should log out to see those fields...
