since today, the kpicasa-plugin is not showing the thumbs and the big size-pictures properly any more.
the thumbs are to big, and when you click on them they are getting small. it should work vice-versa..
does anybody have the similar problems?
here are some examples:

http://www.ferien-auf-dem-wasser.de/boote/caley/hausboote/hausboot-iona.htm

did picasa change something? or what could be the problem?
is there any solution for this allready availiable?

Yes. I have exactly the same problem.
Appeared after WP update today.
No full size pictures anymore:

Hi, I'm the kPicasa Gallery developper.
I just had a quick look and I suspect Google changed something in their XML feed that kPicasa is reading. I will have a look at it shortly, but please understand I have a day job and do this in my spare time.

I'm having a similar problem. My gallery photos are showing up full-sized on each page, and when clicked, the lightbox/shadowbox effect just shows a tiny thumbnail image.

Thanks for looking into it, Guillaume.
Having the same problem. Even if you stop using lightbox/highslide, the "full size" image shows up as a tiny thumbnail in the direct link: http://lh4.ggpht.com/-DFk6Ys37QqM/TREwovmgtOI/AAAAAAAAAWA/JRxXrbIdy4E/s72/5115109038_505d992e7c_o.jpg
Thanks for checking it out.
Same here.
But have a look at the direct link:
You will find there "s72/". That creates a thumbnail on picasa side. If you remove it, you get the full sized picture:
Example:

So I dont know where to find the right path generation in the Plugin, but this must be not as difficult.
Hope the developer will develop an update fast ^^

great!
nice to see that a company like google is also doing such mistakes.
@guillaume
txh for your fast reaction.. even if it was not your mistake. many thx for this great plugin.
According to the discussion that @wp_nano posted above, a fix has been issued by Google.
I checked on my personal blogs and everything seems to be back to normal.
