   I'm looking for a video player that will open in a layer on top of the current web page like if you click the thumbnail on this demo label "Flash" or "Quicktime" it opens up in a layer on top.

   Does anyone know of a plugin that does the same? It would also be great if I could host the video files myself and NOT on youtube or other service.
