KITCHEN SINK for users using the forum

    Hi All

    DOes anyone know what I have to do to make the kitchen sink more user friendly.

    Currently thier editor has stuff like

    B
    I
    Link
    BQUOTE

    and all the buttons above. Users do not recognize this as friendly and I want to give them more recognizable editing options. I have looked for widgets but have found none (obvious ones) which actually apply to the users in the forums editor.

    Can anyone suggest widgets or settings where I should be looking please?
